The websites I am creating is being created with the root as the owner instead of the correct user. how can I correct the same?
Thanks that worked. But it was working nicely in the past even with security level selected as "Medium". Again if selecting the security setting as "medium" can cause such problem, then I think why there should be an option to select the same? It should always be high.
In level medium, the web folder was always owned by the root user. For legacy reasons. ISPConfig introduced a new permission scheme in ISPConfig 3.0.3 and to not break any exsiting setup, the security levels were added while the old one is level medium while the new one is level high. The default for all new installs is level high.
