Hi, i recently updated debian linux from 9 to 10 and ispconfig from 3.20 to 3.21 Now I have strange issues with "clients". I can add new clients, but when i list all clients or search the newly added client it does not show up. I can see the client in the sys_user table and i also see the newly added client when i enter parts of the client name in a client search field. Since the newly added client is not searchable i cannot change it an can not work with it. Any idea what is happening ? System is okay, all mysql tables are okay and i have no idea what is happening
No, i surely have no filter and chose all . So all users are on one page. But any new user definitely does not show up in the client list. For us this is big issue, any ideas ?
Sorry, the Problem was a misunderstanding, the users we saw in the search fields but not in the users list were resellers . And having users and resellers with nearly the same name then leaded to confusion
