Hello, I have a multiserver setup with ispconfig 3 for years now. Lately happened that on all servers in monitor tab I see everything with 0. When I click on More information still empty: Server: serverdomain.com State: ok (0 unknown, 0 info, 0 warning, 0 critical, 0 error) Seems that the operations are running fine without any issues and getting populated to all servers. I have already checked different threads that were open here about this issue, but their solutions do not apply to my situation. Checked also sys_cron table on all servers, all operations are running. Checked the monitor_data table on the master, and it is populated. The problem is that I am running out of options to debug this problem. Can someone give me some directions on how to pinpoint the problem please?
Finally, I found the culprit of the monitor not showing real information or showing 0. One of the things that is sometimes left unchecked is the space on the server. In my case, the problem was the root partition of the master server. After freeing up some space, the monitor status information is back again.
