I installed ISPConfig 3 with the guide https://www.howtoforge.com/tutorial...l-php-pureftpd-postfix-dovecot-and-ispconfig3 . but I getting these errors in the apach error_log

What may be causing this and how do I resolve it?

    Thanks

Someone tries to access the apache directly (insead of a hosted website) and apache rejects that correctly. So nothing to worry about.
