I am installing a new ISPConfig server to replace my old one. My old server works fine so I'm not at all new to ISPConfig. I have everything ready setup with no errors but when I add new users they can't login anywhere. FTP, Webmail, Web-FTP, e-mail client, none of them work. I have read through all of the logs and find nothing but generic "authentication failed" messages. I have read and tried all of the posts concerning this topic and none of the fixes outlined there seem to work. Please help. Thanks in advance, Bill
Which distribution do you use? What's the output of Code: ls -la /root/ispconfig ? Do you see your users in /etc/passwd?
