Hi I am totally new to Linux and have decided to give it a try with Ubuntu Studio, due to it's music making programmes. After downloading I tried to install on a PC that I use exclusively for music making, although it currently has a freshly formatted C: drive. Everything seemed pretty straight forward with installation until I reached the keyboard configuration stage. The on-screen prompt asked me to press a key from a list which included p and y. I tried presing p but nothing happened so I pressed y. The system accepted this but now none of the keys on my keboard work correctly. Some keys don't work and others seem to be sending the wrong signal to the computer. The problem is I couldn't continue and I can't work out how to reset the keyboard configuration (if that is the problem) Anyone got any ideas?
