Not a problem, just a question about SMTP.

    Hi

    I've been a long time user of ISPConfig (ver 2) and have just set-up a new server with ISPConfig 3. After sorting out a few minor issues all seems to be running like a dream. There is one thing that I'm not sure of. When I view mail.info I see multiple entries for:
    Code:
    Jul 19 09:50:01 server1 postfix/smtpd[2402]: connect from localhost.localdomain[127.0.0.1]
Jul 19 09:50:01 server1 postfix/smtpd[2402]: lost connection after CONNECT from localhost.localdomain[127.0.0.1]
Jul 19 09:50:01 server1 postfix/smtpd[2402]: disconnect from localhost.localdomain[127.0.0.1]
    I never saw this in my ver 2 server (maybe I missed it), so just want to know if this is a problem or normal? What and why does this happen every 5 min?

    Great prduct. I'm about to buy the billing module.

    Thats normal, the lines are from the automatic mail system check which happens every 5 minutes.
