Not Receiving MAil!

Hi All,

So i installed the Perfect Server Setup for Ubuntu Hoary Hedge and installed ISPConfig 2.0.9.

Everything works great except for the mail. I used UebiMiau to send emails (which succeeded) and to wait for email to be received. Theough the latter never happened.

Can anyone pls help me out!

Is smarterwerx.smarterwerx.com your ISPConfig system? Is its IP address 217.168.163.172?

 

Not exactly

smarterwerx.smarterwerx.com is the ISP Confg server machine which is assigned ip address 192.168.10.126. The external ip (international ip) is 217.168.160.172.

yes i did? outgoing mail is working perfectly! but i never receive anything!

Please clarify: is your public IP address 217.168.163.172 or 217.168.160.172?

Please make sure your provider doesn't block port 25.

 

Hi Falco,

I'm quite sure that the provider is not blocking port 25 since i have another server currently for mail but i want to shift everyhting on the new ISPConfig server!
