Not syncing on Ubuntu 5.1 Help me Please

    Hi:
    I have an ubuntu 5.1 system running in production enviroment, running ISPConfig and some Joomla sites.
    2 days ago after i begining to receive a
    "Kernel Panic - Not syncing: Fatal exception in interrup" message
    My server goes up normally but after 1 to 2 hours just stop whit this message.

    What can i do to fix it??
