Hi everyone, i have a mail server configured using ldap, postfix, spamassassin, clamav, etc.

Everything seems to be working fine, i just activate the SASL and use a postfix's directive "reject_sender_login_mismatch", but now i have a problem,
if i run a cron job or a script and i have a instruction to send a mail to someone, i can't, because i get an error in my mail.log that says:

there is a way to bypass this verification for some users???

    thanks

    PD: i'm using debian ETCH

Hi, i was wrong in the first place, i'm getting this error if i modify the authldaprc file and change configuration to use uid and gid from the user instead of use the global uid gid vmail. But now i would like to know how can i do to eliminate this error using the user's uid and gid??

i have read about compiling maildrop with the --enable-trusted-user='list of users' but it's a non proactic solution because i'll have to do this for every user i add to the server, i also read about a file where you can specify trusted user in sendmail (/etc/trusted-users) but i'm using postfix

So if anyone could give some help it would be great

    thanks
