Don't panic, it's probably not something on your side. According to https://letsencrypt.status.io/ there is a service disruption for Let's Encrypt and they are currently investigating. I will post a follow up as more information is made public.
Let's Encrypt is working again, but seems to be sluggish. If your certificate doesn't install on the first go, wait about 10-15 minutes and try again.
