i am using cent os 6.5 and i configure bind dns server through webmin i able to ping my host (ping mypc) and also i am able to ping my domain in the own server(ping mydomain.com) i give "service named restart" in the terminal its restarted coorrectly When i give nslookup .mydomiain.com in the terminal its showing an error message counld not search the server Any body please help me thanks in advance
check the syslog / messages log for bind errors and use named-checkzone to check the zonefile for errors.
