Hello everybody, good morning I request help with this problem. I have several VPS in OVH with ISPConfig (latest version) with Debian 8. and with Wordpress (latest version) following *** The Perfect Server - Debian 8 Jessie (Apache2, BIND, Dovecot, ISPConfig 3) *** There is one of these VPS that loses connection to the web "Response time exceeded". I have tested the VPS and it does not present any connection failure. However, in the ISPConfig panel, an error appears in Monitor === Web Server ... Offline ===. I have reinstalled the VPS from scratch with WordPress only and it does not present this problem. I have reinstalled the VPS with ISPConfig and Debian and after a while working well, suddenly it is again out of line, or does not respond in time. I have other VPS with Debianm ISPConfig and wordpress and they work perfectly, but this one does not. The technicians of OVH have reviewed the server and no connection problem is presented, they have even sent me the raports of the technical verifications. A help from this ISPConfig community is possible Thank you Enrique
Web server offline in ispconfig means that the connection to the web server on localhost by http failed. Check the apache error.log and the syslog to see if you can find any errors there.
