with the last stable version 2.2.12 When I'm logged as a client and want to create a support ticket, if I add a character " (double quotes) anywhere in the field " Subject:" or " Your question:" it returns an error "Error during the creation of the ticket". and also when I'm logged as admin and want to answer to a ticket, if I put a double quotes in my answer, there is no error displayed, but my answer is not registered.
