One email address being rejected

    Hello,
    I am getting the emails from one client being rejected. The message in the log is
    " Jul 27 10:44:16 mail postfix/smtpd[129629]: NOQUEUE: reject: RCPT from unknown[X.X.X.X]: 450 4.7.1 <IMSVA8X.X.X.X.X>: Helo command rejected: Host not found; from=<[email protected]> to=<[email protected]> proto=ESMTP helo=<IMSVA8X.X.X.X.X>
    Jul 27 10:44:16 mail postfix/smtpd[129629]: disconnect from unknown[X.X.X.X] ehlo=1 mail=1 rcpt=0/1 data=0/1 rset=1 quit=1 commands=4/6"
    I welcome your advice - all other emails seem to be getting through ok.

    The hostname of the server of that client does not exist in DNS. Contact him and tell him to add DNS records for the hostname of his server.

    That is interesting. It is the main domain of a city government!
