One squirrelmail user messed up, how to reset

    I host 20 domains. Every domain but one is fine. CGI settings are the same on all servers.

    I was squirrelmailing one day and hit something wrong on the interface.

    ERROR:
    ERROR: Could not complete request.
    Query: SORT (FROM) UTF8-8 ALL
    Reason Given: [BADCHARSET] The requested character set is not supported.

    I would like to reset the sort (I guess) settings for the one user without him (me) losing mail.

    Dos mail for this account with a normal mail client like thunerbird work?

    Yes my blackberry works, evolution works, everything except the web interface works. All other accounts on the system including my sons in the same domain also work.

    Just my account causes this error.

    I'm getting around this by controlling my mail flow with my blackberry. When I need a full keyboard I search my inbox for from @ and can see all the current mail.

    I'm concerned with dorking around because that mail is quite valuable to me.
