I am installing OpenBravo ERP on Centos 5.4 x64 and I am getting to the point in the installer when it asks me to provide the location of the JDK, which I do, but it claims there is no java compiler there. I can see the JDK files in the directory, but it can't seem to find it. Here is the directory that I am telling it to go to: [root@erp ~]# ls -l /usr/java/jdk1.6.0_17/ total 19084 drwxr-xr-x 2 root root 4096 Dec 4 12:39 bin -rw-r--r-- 1 root root 3767 Oct 11 02:12 COPYRIGHT drwxr-xr-x 10 root root 4096 Dec 4 12:39 demo drwxr-xr-x 3 root root 4096 Dec 4 12:39 include drwxr-xr-x 6 root root 4096 Dec 4 12:39 jre drwxr-xr-x 3 root root 4096 Dec 4 12:40 lib -rw-r--r-- 1 root root 17179 Oct 11 02:12 LICENSE drwxr-xr-x 4 root root 4096 Dec 4 12:39 man -rw-r--r-- 1 root root 28329 Oct 11 02:12 README.html -rw-r--r-- 1 root root 25390 Oct 11 02:12 README_ja.html -rw-r--r-- 1 root root 20768 Oct 11 02:12 README_zh_CN.html -r--r--r-- 1 root root 5229 Dec 4 12:40 register.html -r--r--r-- 1 root root 5661 Dec 4 12:40 register_ja.html -r--r--r-- 1 root root 4839 Dec 4 12:40 register_zh_CN.html drwxr-xr-x 9 root root 4096 Dec 4 12:39 sample -rw-r--r-- 1 root root 19031860 Oct 11 02:12 src.zip -rw-r--r-- 1 root root 249556 Oct 11 02:12 THIRDPARTYLICENSEREADME.txt [root@erp ~]# Any ideas?
Hi. What version of Openbravo ERP are you installing? The latest is 2.50MP9, but the 2.50 series do not have installers. If you trying to install 2.40 I recommend you to use 2.50 instead.
