Osticket integration

    I need a ticketing system, I was thinking to write an integration with osTicket, the user should be able to log on to OsTicket using the ISPConfig credentials.
    Any thought/suggestion?
    has someone the same needs?

    This a great idea. atm i use osTicket too, but an Integration would be awesome :)

    OsTicket is a good workflow app. Integration with ISPC would be great add.

    OSticket works fine on ISPConfig servers, but the two interfaces are not integrated and I'am not aware that anyone wrote a ispconfig plugin or module for osticket yet.
