Hi I've setup osTicket 1.9.2 on Debian Jessie 8.6 with apache. It works great, even grabbing emails from imap mailbox. It's just that system logs within osTicket are full of error like this: Code: Unable to email via SMTP:mail.domain.com:25 [[email protected]] Failed to add recipient: [email protected] [SMTP: Invalid response code received from server (code: 454, response: 4.7.1 : Relay access denied)] The weird thing is that all the emails get delivered and the email server used 'mail.domain.com' is on the same server as the osTicket.
