osTicket - Search for emails (Remote Piping) in G-Suite accounts

    I installed osTicket v1.11 on Debian 9, with Apache / 2.4.25, ISPConfig 3.1.13p1.
    OsTicket is working, but I want to configure the option to search for the messages (support), in the email [email protected].
    My emails are in the G-Suite (Google), that is, emails stay on the same platform as Gmail.
    I read the "Remote Piping" area at https://docs.osticket.com/en/latest/Getting Started/Email Piping.html, but I did not understand exactly what should be done.
    Can you help me?

    O osTicket está funcionando, mas quero configurar a opção para que ele busque as mensagens (suporte), no e-mail [email protected].
    Meus e-mails estão na G-Suite (Google), ou seja, e-mails ficam na mesma plataforma do Gmail.
    Li na página Email%20Piping.html, a área "Remote Piping", mas não entendi exatamente o que deve ser feito.
    Vocês podem me ajudar?
