Hi I have a main domain with .net at the ending, but I have also added my .dk domain in "Aliasdomains for websites", so my question is if I have a subdomain ex. "test.domain.net" can I use the same folder I use for that sub? to the sub for ex "test.domain.dk" ? and how do I add it then? also in the "Subdomain (Vhost)"? Kind regards Jonathan
When the same folder shall be used, then you add it just as subdomain or aliasdomain. vhost sub- and aliasdomains are used only when the folder shall differ from the main domain.
Based on experience, it will also depends on the softwares and the purpose of having the other domain pointed to existing domain. In my case, in running multi domain on a single forum software installation, it requires me to have a vhost for subdomain or alias domain.
