hi @ all, does someone have notion of the ticket system OTRS here in the forum? I installed myself the RPM existing in the Suse 10,2, after which guidance on otrs.org have I all services and programs am needed installed. Everything functions also marvelously, only I always get the error message: Can´t use on undefined VALUE as A HASH reference RK /opt/otrs//Kernel/System/Ticket.pm LINE 3028 if i want to create a ticket....
The error is mentioned here: http://rpmfind.net/linux/RPM/opensuse/OSS-factory/ppc/otrs-2.1.7-8.ppc.html It seems to have been fixed in newer OTRS versions, so you should try to update it.
