Hi, I just had a problem with a user that was sending 10000 emails via his Outlook at once and for me there was no way to stop it until they complained that Gmail just blocked him. Interestingly enough he didn't end up in any blacklist. I implemented something like that a few years ago by using policyd (cluebringer), but there are other, and hopefully easier to install solutions, that are able to do the same thing. e.g. postfwd. I don't have a tutorial on that topic available.
there are several solutions, just recently I did mention one ... which I forgot already, but it was hosting on a known site hosting some other postfix tools aswell meh, maybe I remember later - but for now https://github.com/onlime/ratelimit-policyd maybe old but maybe works? haven't tested
