Outgoing mails and dns.

I am very new to ispconfig. So far look good.

But one issue is, I can recieve mail but can not send.

Feb 24 23:29:52 mail postfix/error[6671]: 145A0AFC952: to=<[email protected]>, relay=none, delay=0.16, delays=0.05/0.05/0/0.06, dsn=4.4.3, status=deferred (delivery temporarily suspended: Host or domain name not found. Name service error for name=gmail.com type=MX: Host not found, try again)

So I tested dns with;

root@mail:~# dig google.com

; <<>> DiG 9.8.4-rpz2+rl005.12-P1 <<>> google.com
;; global options: +cmd
;; connection timed out; no servers could be reached


Ok my /etc/resolv.conf:
search somedomain.com
nameserver 4.2.2.1
nameserver 8.8.8.8
nameserver 79.171.16.6

What is the problem you think?

I found the problem and fixed it. But what is moddle anyway? Is it kind of diagnostic soft.

Can you please explain what was the issue & how did you resolved that.?? Sorry the issue was not related to moodle & moodle is a E-learning website.

I typed /sbin/bastille-netfilter stop and all dns resolving issues gone.

/sbin/bastille-netfilter stop
