I turned on debug error on wednesday, and now ISPConfig Panel Monitor tab still shows that host as yellow,
There are the debug messages from two days ago. I have tried to find the debug messages from log files, but in /var/log tree they are not. Where is the log file the Monitor gets the debug messages from? Is there a way to reset the state so it no longer shows this host as having warnings?

They are there in the panel, yes. Like this:
    Code:
    Debug Remove Lock: /usr/local/ispconfig/server/temp/.ispconfig_lock
But what I am asking is which file or logfile in the host contains those lines the Monitor reports? I would like to get rid of the yellow state of the host in Monitor.
Or is there some other way to get rid if the messages except purging the file to stop showing yellow state?

You have to discard the error messages by deleting them from the system-log.
