I am working with fedora 12 currently and planning to upgrade to 14 on a machine with INTEL core i7 processor. I work with a reserach organization and fortran language is the tool. Question 1 : Is it possible to use the 8 cores on core i7 on parallel mode?! Request 1: What I would like to know is/ direct me to a link where in I can use the 8 processors on core i7 effectively in parallel mode Request 2: also some link for writing parallel code in fortran. thanks in advance
