i've a "little" problem. i've been asked for a pass phrase as i've started ispconfig_server after a reboot. i don't know it anymore, is there any possibility to solve this without data lost?
What you likely did was encrypt your certificates... Unfortunately, it would take hacking to find the passphrase. You could access the information without ISP server running, and burn that to CD, and restore the computer (reinstall OS and ISPConfig). Then create the sites, and then restore all the sites that way. It states that you should not encrypt the certificates, mainly for this reason. If anyone knows of any way to find the passphrase, please, let us know.
