Password verification during user creation

    Hi,
    Hope topic was not discussed yet:)

    I'd like to enforce password to be entered twice (not only one) to setup/change in User&Email tab. There's are a lot of typos in this area.

    It would be nice to have integrated password generator too, for exmaple just like phpMyAdmin have.
