I've played with some other control panel software and a great feature for ispconfig would be the addition of a paypal interface. How it would work; 1) an admin option to choose from the available hosting plans and have an automated signup page created. 2) The user would choose from the available plans and then receive a paypal interface (available via their ipo on the paypal website). The user would pay and have the webhost account automatically created with the selected plan limits 3) The user would get some custom renewal emails a predetermined period (approx 30 days and 7 days) before plan expiry and then some predetermined period after expiry (say 7-10 days) the account and associated websites/email accounts would be disabled. I guess this may be a bit of work but would basically make the ISPconfig a standalone fully automated hosting package....
