PCLinuxOS Minime09

    I have downloaded PCLinuxOS Minime09, and am trying to install it to a desktop system with no OS at all. I am having issues with it installing.

    It gets to load up screen that says:

    pclinusos for 586 kernle 2.6.26.8.tex3 on an I686/tty1 local host login:

    Then it gives a blinking curser from there. What do we do next or have we done something wrong?

    Please help!!!!!

    Looks as if your hardware is not supported...

    Is there other OS, like Linux that can be used that I can download off the web?
