    Sorry!

    I find in my phpinfo

    Code:
    PDO
    PDO support	enabled
    PDO drivers mysql, sqlite, sqlite2

    pdo_mysql
    PDO Driver for MySQL	enabled
    Client API version 5.1.41

As I understand pdo support is enabled.

    How I can check it?

    Thnks

If it's shown in phpinfo, then it's enabled.
