   So can i set different memory limits per limits templates?
   So user with smallest package can use only 128MB and largest can use 1GB for his applications?

   There's not currently a setting for that, though thou could submit a feature request. Maybe a workaround would be to add the same php version/mode multiple times as additional php versions, and have the memory limits different for each php install, then limit which php is available in the template.
