php mail function not working on Debian 5.0 perfect setup

    I've transfered all my websites on the new Debian 5.0(Ispconfig3) machine from a Suse 10.2. The only problem I am having is with the mail function not sending.

    I've looked at both php.ini under mail function and there was no difference , any ideas?

    What error message are you getting ? Have you taken a look at the logs ?

    There's nothing in the mail log. No errors or messages being sent.



    *Update: The php mail function also doesn't work on another Debian 5.0 server. Looks like I'm gone hae to put everything back on my Suse.

    I've never had any problem with PHP's mail() function on Debian. Are there any errors in Apache's error log and/or in the web site's error log?
