My current server is running PHP 5.5.9-1ubuntu4.29 (cli) (built: Apr 22 2019 18:33:52) and all my websites which rely heavily on mysql databases are very happy.
My new server installed following Till's excellent Perfect Server tutorial is running
PHP 7.2.17-0ubuntu0.18.04.1 (cli) (built: Apr 18 2019 14:12:38) ( NTS ) and my scripts don't like it at all.
What I would like to do is install PHP 5.5.9 for use by my virtual hosts. Is it possible and if it is is there a helpful tutorial that I could follow.

Thank you Taleman - I tried and failed. Like a rabbit going down a deep dark hole. I decided it would be better to re-educate myself on the latest PHP/MySQL conventions and commands and then update all my scripts. I hit the REBUILD button on my vps and followed Till's tutorial to set up the server again. It gets easier the third time!
Curiously I can't find the phpmyadmin login page and the link from ISPConfig 3 doen't work.
An extract from phpinfo - open_basedir only refers to php5 (see below).
Must have got the configuration wrong but I don't really need it.
