phpMyAdmin 3.1.2 available for ISPConfig 2

On 19-1-2009 phpMyAdmin 3.1.2 has been released.
This is a bugfix only release.

Based on this new version, i've built a new package for ISPConfig 2.

The package can be downloaded here.
Before installing this package, please read the readme file for upgrade instructions.
