[phpmyadmin] ...if only subdomain?

I have crawled my site with owasp zap and I have seen that it takes url http://domain.ext/phpmyadmin
if i don't want it to be taken as a directory but as a subdomain what can i do?
NO: http://domain.ext/phpmyadmin
YES: http://mysql.domnio.ext
