Hello, I am using ISP config 3.1.13 and Ubuntu 14.04.5 LTS. After last system upgrade:

    Start-Date: 2018-09-02 15:51:00
    Commandline: apt-get upgrade
    Upgrade: squirrelmail:amd64 (1.4.23~svn20120406-2+deb8u2build0.14.04.1, 1.4.23~svn20120406-2+deb8u3build0.14.04.1), libx11-xcb1:amd64 (1.6.2-1ubuntu2, 1.6.2-1ubuntu2.1), libx11-data:amd64 (1.6.2-1ubuntu2, 1.6.2-1ubuntu2.1), libx11-xcb-dev:amd64 (1.6.2-1ubuntu2, 1.6.2-1ubuntu2.1), phpmyadmin:amd64 (4.0.10-1, 4.0.10-1ubuntu0.1), libx11-dev:amd64 (1.6.2-1ubuntu2, 1.6.2-1ubuntu2.1), libx11-doc:amd64 (1.6.2-1ubuntu2, 1.6.2-1ubuntu2.1), libx11-6:amd64 (1.6.2-1ubuntu2, 1.6.2-1ubuntu2.1)
    End-Date: 2018-09-02 15:51:31

phpMyAdmin not work through HTTP/S protocol
On https://my.server.com:8080/phpmyadmin/ is only blank page, no listing of errors (php display_errors = On)
When I run the index.php over the terminal:

php -f /usr/share/phpmyadmin/index.php so the html code of index.php is generated to terminal window

    can someone help?

Does it work if you leave the port number out?
    Have you cleared browser cache?
