It doesn't matter if you use Intel/AMD/... CPUs. Or do you mean that you have 32bit CPUs instead of 64bit?

Are you referring to the virtual machine that you can download from HowtoForge, or to a server you built yourself?

Is the host OS a 64- or a 32-bit system?

I'm not sure why this is happening. I have no problems running 64bit VMs on a 32bit WinXP.

is there another version of vmplayer i could try ive tried this on 4 machines 2 64bit machines both saying the dont have long support and 2 32 bit machines saying it cant run on a 32 bit system but both of them let me continue so the virtual machine boots up and it goes to start cent os and it says proccessor not supported proccessor detected i686
i really need this up and running and i am willing to pay for another version of anything simlar
and i tried the cent os 5 32 bit image and it booted up i would prefer 6.2 with ispconfig 3

sorry i havent replyed i have only just gotten round to doing it, that copy didnt work either i have no idea why so ive given up on that idea, so i decided to go with making it a physical image so i did the usual with clonezilla on a second drive and booted fine straight just a new problem now i cant seem to get a network connection btw im on a laptop for the time being but ive tried everything and it will not connect to anything

EDIT: Done It, I had to rename ifcfg-etho to eth1 and edit it in the file then ifconfig -a and changed the mac address correct the ips and all done
