    Can I install websites using ISPconfig without a Static IP --- I have installed the system on my local machine.

    Yes, you can do that. But you should be aware that they might become inaccessible when your IP changes unless you use a dyndns service to host your domains.

    PLEASE thank u so much---- is there a tutorial on how to properly point the domains.... I tried to point to my static IP like the video instructed but it did not work... THANK YOU SO MUCH ....BEING MONTHS AND i CANT FIGURE IT OUT !!!

    is this only for local access? or for public acccess from external locations?
    is the static ip you say you have for your local machine, or for your adsl/internet router/firewalls external interface?
    where is the dns being managed, by ispconfig on your local machine? or an external dns service?

    I am using dynamic ip so far with negligible connection issue for my ISPConfig web server.

    Simply register with any dynamic dns service provider like no-ip, set it in your router and then set port forwarding for port 80 and 443 from the router to your ISPConfig web server.
