I guess you're talking about deleting items in ISPConfig. If that's the case, check the contents of the Recycle bins within ISPConfig. There you have the possibility to restore your deleted items.

You can open phpMyAdmin and edit usernames/passwords in the sys_user table in the ISPConfig database.
