can someone tell me how to use ISPConfig to point the MX records of a domain to another server.

basically I have a domain name which is hosted with a host, I've created my own name server which I'm controlling with ISPConfig. On my domain for my website I am pointing the name servers 1 and 2 to my own, but pointing 3 and 4 to my server at home which will host the same website. So if my host ever has an issue, my site will still be available. However if my server at home has to start pushing out the site, I still want it to point mail to my host rather than take care of it itself.

Let's assume your ISP's mail server is mail.example.com. Then you go to ISPConfig's DNS Manager, select your domain, and create a new MX record. Leave the hostname empty, select a priority, and as Mailserver you enter mail.example.com. That's it.
