    Hello,
I installed ISPConfig (latest) on Debian 9 on a low end vps; It has 1 GB RAM and 1 vcpu.
When ClamAV scans, the vps becomes so slow.
ClamAV is directed by ISPConfig (I think to some cron jobs).
Suggestions to limit the load during ClamAV scanning?

    Regards,
    L.

No, Clamav is used by amavisd when an email is received, it is not used by ispconfig directly or cronjobs.

1GB is very low as ClamAV needs a lot of RAM to keep its signatures in RAM. If you don't need antivirus for emails, consider to uninstall clamav or rauise RAM to 2GB.
