I'm running Debian Sarge with ISPConfig. All has been working great until I tried to upgrade some things today. I followed the Howto here: http://www.howtoforge.com/amavisd_postfix_debian_ubuntu , and since that time, my POP3 server isn't running. I've done a reboot, and it still isn't running. Any ideas what I can do to fix this? The postfix server is still running, and if I log into the webmail (IMAP) I can receive the emails...but no POP3. Thanks. Brian
And now, all of a sudden, it's running. Can we just chalk this one up to computers not doing what you tell them to do?
You should check your mail log for errors. Unless there are errors in it, I think you can forget about this.
