Do the domains where the mails are sent from have proper SPF and reverse records? Are the sending servers maybe blacklisted? You can check this on http://mxtoolbox.com/blacklists.aspx .
The sender is not blacklisted, and the do not have any SPF records. Reverse dns lookup: http://www.lookupserver.com/?reverse_dns=195.159.73.41&submit=Lookup Sendes domain is "start.no".
