I have delay_warning_time set to 1h as I would like my users to know after 1h that their email couldn't yet be sent. Now I am wondering if its expected behavior for the email saying "Delayed Mail (still being retried)" to be sent to the sender of a delayed email EVERY 1h? Since my queue lifetime is 5D that would be 5 x 24 = 120 emails!
