I've found many Postings here, but doesn't solve my problem.
I got spam from a domain. So I enter the Domain in my ispconfig3 on "Email ⇒ Postfix Blacklist" as whole domainname (with and without the @ infront of it)
But the Mails still arrive in my Account.

In ispconfig Database I found my entry in "mail_access" Column "source has the Domainname, access=REJECT type = sender, active=y.

Normaly all mails from this Domain should be rejected?!

What are the steps to check, why they don't reject.

Do you have a multiserver setup? If so, make sure you select the right Server when adding the blacklist entry. Also make sure you have Type set to 'Sender' and it's marked Active.
Otherwise, run 'postconf smtpd_sender_restrictions' and make sure /etc/postfix/mysql-virtual_sender.cf is being checked.
