Hello, I have installed the software according to http://www.howtoforge.com/virtual_postfix_mysql_quota_courier_ubuntu_edgy Now I want to make some changes: + Make use of Postfix Admin + Make use of Dovecot instead of Courier Most things are working but having problems with sending mails. Getting this in /var/log/syslog I think that it has something to do with saslauthd and since Postfix admin, etc are using MD5 encrypted passwords. I have changed /etc/pam.d/smtp to: And the /etc/postfix/sasl/smtpd.conf Any idea what's wrong?
I think I found something and have changed into: Then it seems that I can send emails but they are stopped somewhere... I have relayhost set in Postfix main.cf which I know works.. Could it be something with amavis??
Damn... I have a monologue here ...but still solving problems Now I founf that some configurations was missing in postfix master.cf
