hi, just wondering, assuming that a postfix server has multiple ip's, is there anyway in the ispconfig interface to control which ip it sends mail out on? I can see I can add ip's under sysem/server ip addresses. but I can't see anywhere to specify which one postfix should use, so I assume i'll have to edit the .cf file directly. might need to add another ip to the server and get new ptr records, and change the postfix config just because those bastards at Microsoft have added an entire AWS ip range to the blacklist Hotmail uses. i'm hoping it's just the 18.202.*.* addresses and not the whole of AWS.
No, but you can do this in postfix main.cf file. https://www.faqforge.com/linux/send-all-outgoing-email-trough-one-ip-address-in-postfix/
