here is a snipet of the mail.log
the server named fep04.xtra.co.nz is my isp's server

I am using the ubuntu perfect setup, MyDNS with MyDNSConfig Control Panel and DNSMasq, Virtual Users And Domains With Postfix, Courier And MySQL (+ SMTP-AUTH, Quota, SpamAssassin, ClamAV), SAMBA (Domaincontroller) Server For Small Workgroups, How To Use NTFS Drives/Partitions, and Virtual Hosting With Proftpd And MySQL, and How To Set Up A DHCP Server For Your LAN

all on this box. The samba, ftp, dhcp, mydns, ntfs setup's are all working fine. I can't see where the postfix configuration went wrong Please Help!

Is jwservices.ath.cx listed in the domains table?
The problem might also be that you've combined the Postfix section from the Ubuntu Perfect Setup with the Postfix virtual users setup.

    Hi there,

Yes the domain is in the virtual domains table.

i found the error that was causing me problems, when i cut and paste the mysql-virtual_domains.cf file from the how-to it copied some bit from above the box.

    Thanks for your help.
