New guy here, hope I'm in the right spot.

Trying to figure out if I have a problem, or if my problem lies with another server. I have a web app that will send out an email when triggered. Yesterday, there was an issue where the email was delayed for over an hour. This is the first time I've had this issue come up since it was implemented over a month ago.

    Looking at my mail log:

I see where things went wrong. The problem is, I don't know enough to tell for a fact that it was the relay server causing the problem instead of my server. Anyone able to help me out?

Forgot to mention, I have not made any configuration changes to my server.

    There may be several reasons:

    1) You where on some kind of blacklist
    2) The relay server uses some sort of greylisting
    3) A temporary failure on the relay server

Maybe you can ask the admin of the relay server what the problem was.
